  • Mostly Sunny started as an idea one day on the walk from the Honolulu Zoo parking lot to the iconic Waikiki beach break. Anyone who surfs there knows that the walk can be long and thus a strain on your arms to carry your longboard that distance to the beach. Our signature surf sling was created as a solution to that problem. After months of research, design prototypes, sourcing the right materials and testing local manufacturers, our surf sling was born. Made to be an easier way to carry your board - hands free, so your arms aren't tired, before you even paddle out. From there, we were inspired to create an entire brand around fun beach essentials, all designed for the perfect beach day.
