What are the care instructions for your bags?

If your bag gets wet, hang to air dry. Do not put our bags in the washing machine, dryer, or expose them to excessive heat or sun, as doing so can weaken and damage the special coating of the fabrication. Spot clean if necessary.

What are your bags made of?

All our bags are made with our signature PVC-coated polyester material that is durable, fade proof (up to 500 hours) and water resistant. While we don't recommend submerging your bags under water, we suggest to let our bags hang to air dry outside if they do get wet. Because of the special coating in our bags, they are also anti mold + mildew resistant, which means you can throw in your wet bikini, board shorts, leash and more after a surf sesh or beach day, without having to worry. While our bags are mold + mildew resistant, your wet items may not be, so make sure to remove them as soon as possible.

Where do you make your products?

All of our products are designed in our hometown of Hawai'i and proudly made in the USA, in Los Angeles, California by our skilled artisan and factory partners who dedicate their craft to making each and every one of our pieces with the highest care and quality.

Return and Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from delivery date to request a return or exchange at: aloha@itsmostlysunny.com

After 14 days: we will not offer returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale: All Items on sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please review your order carefully.

Can I get a refund for my return?

Returns are for store credit or exchange only.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition in which you received it- unworn (if applicable), unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be excluded from your store credit amount.

How do I start a return?

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically granted a store credit for the total merchandise balance to your account.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order.

Orders placed over the weekend will not be fulfilled until the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on the backlog of orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information. Note that some couriers may take a few days to update tracking information within their designated systems.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once your package leaves our warehouse:
USA: 3 to 10 days

CANADA: 6 to 15 days

UK: 4 to 10 days

AUS: 6 to 12 days

EU: 6 to 20 days

Rest of the World: Varies by location. Please check estimated times at checkout.

*Guam orders may take longer: Up to 21 days.

If you need your order quicker, expedite your delivery speed at checkout and pick the right shipment for you based on estimated shipping times per service.

Please note: There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ie. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc.)

We may offer free shipping during promotional time periods, or over certain order values depending on your location.

Lost / Stolen Packages

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages if the delivery address is input incorrectly. Please double check your order and all information before placing to avoid any issues and report any missing packages directly to carrier.

Failed Delivery

In the event of a failed delivery, we understand the inconvenience it can cause. We strive to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Here's what you need to know:

Re-Delivery Attempts: In some cases, you can coordinate with your local courier services to attempt a re-delivery of your package.

Additional Fees: Please be aware that if the failed delivery is due to circumstances within your control (such as incorrect address provided, unavailability to receive the package, etc.), there may be additional fees for re-delivery. These fees are imposed by the courier service to cover the extra handling and transportation costs.

Customer Responsibility: To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and up-to-date. Also, try to be available on the estimated delivery date or arrange for someone else to receive the package on your behalf.
